Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery for GTCC projects in a hybrid Guadalajara setting. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive governance, and manage risks to deliver on commitments while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, prior experience with distributed teams, and proficiency in Jira/Confluence/Teams/MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project delivery or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects or portfolios of technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices.
• Experience with governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with distributed or global teams.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget commitments.
• Serve as primary delivery point of contact for stakeholders and GTCC Champions.
• Monitor project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters, PMs, Tech Leads, and engineering teams for effective execution.
• Establish delivery governance, reporting, KPIs, and status updates for GTCC leadership.
• Identify delivery challenges and implement recovery or mitigation plans.
• Ensure teams follow defined delivery methodologies and quality standards.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, onboarding, and allocation across projects.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and impediments.
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration.
• Support employee engagement and address delivery-related challenges.
