Job summary

itD is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to drive coordination and delivery oversight across a portfolio of global collaboration technology initiatives. This role will act as the central point of alignment across multiple concurrent programs—ensuring visibility into progress, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks to keep deployments on track.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of technical program delivery experience, strong cross-functional coordination, and proven success

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program delivery or program coordination.
• Proven experience managing multi-site or global programs with multiple dependencies.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management at a senior level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
• Working knowledge of AV/VC and collaboration technologies (conference rooms, event spaces).
• Experience managing program risks, timelines, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple US time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-program coordination by maintaining a consolidated view of milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program health.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, security, workplace services, and delivery partners.
• Establish and manage program cadences to ensure progress across initiatives.
• Track and communicate risks, blockers, and status updates to senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate readiness for production environments, event spaces, and collaboration technology deployments.
• Support hands-on delivery activities including procurement tracking, equipment validation, and deployment documentation.
• Interpret and mark up deployment drawings (AutoCAD/Bluebeam) to guide vendors and ensure execution accuracy.
