Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. The role focuses on full life-cycle program finances, requiring multitasking, strong Excel skills, and willingness to learn across contract types.

The candidate will perform routine financial analysis for multiple projects (EACs and deliverables) and support ad hoc reporting, under supervision. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge.
• Familiar with government contracting regulations and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost, schedule, and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to Program Managers (WBS, BOEs, time-phased budgets/EACs).
• Support accounts receivable during billing processes and provide invoice backup as needed.
• Monitor billing status and unbilled issues; collaborate with Contracts, Accounting, and PMO to resolve issues.
