Job summary

GRID Networks is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to lead the financial management of a portfolio of programs, ensuring budgets, forecasts, actuals, and reporting are sound. The role partners with program leadership to drive informed decisions and optimize contract funding and performance.

The ideal candidate will develop EACs/ETCs, monitor burn rates, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and successful

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in program or project financial management.
Experience developing EACs/ETCs, forecasting, and cost reporting.
Strong Excel proficiency and financial modeling skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial info to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Manage financial performance of a portfolio of programs, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and reporting.
Develop and analyze Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Estimates to Complete (ETCs) with Program Managers.
Monitor funding levels, burn rates, cost-to-complete projections, and contract performance.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support program execution.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and suggest corrective actions.
