Job summary

Raytheon, a premier aerospace and defense company, is seeking a P3 Principal Financial Analyst to support the GSMS Mission Area. You will execute production finance processes, including EACs and EVMS, on a geographically dispersed team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations finance, data analysis, and executive-level communication, and will partner with multi-functional stakeholders to drive value and accountability across programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while infusing expertise and best practices into the organization.
• Engage in side-by-side analysis with working teams to drive analytical capability growth and appropriate functional ownership accountability to the results.
• Build business relationships and trust with all stakeholders to support timely, data-driven decisions.
• Understand program drivers and trends, consolidate information, and recommend or execute solutions to challenges as appropriate.
• Serve as a critical business partner providing insight and guidance to Mission Areas and Business Unit Leadership.
