Qualifications

• Familiarity with dispute and chargeback regulations and processes.
• Experience in financial transaction processing and analysis.

• Effective customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of database and presentation software.

Responsabilités

• Review and resolve debit card dispute cases in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Research financial transactions to construct cases and minimize financial loss.
• Communicate with members, vendors, and financial institutions to resolve disputes.
• Document and monitor arbitration cases to prevent financial loss.
• Assist in training new specialists and perform additional duties as assigned.
