Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking an AWS Connect Specialist for a hybrid role at the DC DMV region. You will design, implement, and maintain AWS Connect-based contact centers, including chatbots, dashboards, and integration with other AWS services. Local interviews are required, with on-site presence three days a week.

The role emphasizes security, compliance, and KPI-driven reporting, working closely with OCFO and stakeholders to optimize operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Amazon Connect CCaaS hands-on experience is required.
• Hands-on AWS CI/CD to deploy code and customize Connect services.
• AWS certifications (Architect/Developer) are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services, incl. Lambda, DynamoDB and S3.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure contact flows using AWS Connect to ensure optimal routing.
• Develop and deploy chatbots and conversational AI within Connect flows.
• Configure Connect instances, user profiles, routing and security profiles.
