Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with relevant IT experience.
• Hands-on Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with scripting and AWS services integration.
• Knowledge of security controls and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the AWS Connect contact center for government needs.
• Configure contact flows, user profiles, routing, and dashboards.
• Develop chatbots and conversational AI within Connect.
• Ensure KPI metrics collection and reporting via AWS tools.
• Collaborate with IT security and stakeholders for compliance.
