United Trading Group in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Business Analyst Supervisor to lead a Data Team of analysts on hybrid days. You will mentor six Senior Analysts, oversee SPOT tasks, and ensure timely resolution of PRISM issues while coordinating with OMH and cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes practical leadership, project management, and clear liaison with leadership, ensuring consistent operations and timely information flow across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Provider Reimbursement Information System (PRISM).
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Project management experience.
• "On the Job" experience with Utah Medicaid and CHIP.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, monitor, and track the job responsibilities of 6 Senior Business Analysts on the Data Team.
• Monitor SharePoint Operations Tracker (SPOT) tasks that impact the Office of Managed Healthcare (OMH).
• Compile and present information to leadership for their information, input and or approval.
• Timely follow up on PRISM issues to bring to resolution.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures in all areas to maintain visibility, consistency, and quality of the team's work.
• Coordinate and communicate with OMH staff, as well as other offices and outside parties to ensure system impacts are understood.
