Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a data-related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, data analytics, operational analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading analytical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of the Operations Analysts, Data Analysts, Data Integration Analyst, and Quality Analyst; set goals and provide coaching.
• Manage departmental analytics projects from planning through implementation with cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and assignment of analytical requests balancing priorities and resources.
• Promote collaboration and consistent analytical practices across the team.
• Lead execution of initiatives delivering analytics, BI, and data quality services to operations.
