Apex Systems in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Business & Information Analyst to join a hybrid 3 days on site team. You will transform complex financial, portfolio, and operational data into scalable dashboards and reports to support planning and leadership decisions.

The role partners with data engineering and business teams, uses SQL and AI tools, develops datasets and automation workflows, and helps with forecasting, reconciliation, and data quality while telling executive-friendly stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar experience.
• Experience with SQL, data pipelines/ETL or automated workflows.
• Experience using AI tools to support analytics, development, automation, or process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Partner with data engineering and business teams to analyze and consume data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain datasets, automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Use SQL, AI, and automation tools to accelerate analysis and improve processes.
• Support financial/portfolio planning, forecasting, reconciliation, and data quality.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-level stories.
