Job summary

Community Legal Services - Central Florida is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will build and maintain dashboards, define KPIs, and partner with stakeholders to drive improvements in service delivery for Central Florida's vulnerable populations.

You will work with Power BI, SQL, and other tools to ensure data quality, produce regular reports, and mentor staff in self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or Statistics).
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R).
• Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal databases, spreadsheets, and public datasets.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality through validation processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven improvements.
• Make data-driven recommendations for needs assessments and planning.
• Generate and distribute reports and dashboards showing performance and progress.
• Create compelling data visualizations for clear communication.
• Provide training to staff to promote data literacy and self-service reporting.
• Document data sources for easy access across the firm.
