Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, data analytics, operational analytics, reporting, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading professional analytical staff, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the organization's data analytics, operational analytics, business intelligence, data integration, and data quality functions.
• Oversee the teams responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting organizational data.
• Work closely with operational divisions to understand business needs, identify reporting requirements, and improve the quality and reliability of organizational data.
• Ensure consistent reporting standards, promote effective use of business intelligence tools, and support the Assistant Director in advancing the Data Quality and Analytics Strategy.

The highly qualified Data Quality & Analytics Manager we seek would:
