Job summary

Orange County Clerk of Courts in Orlando, FL is seeking a Data Quality & Analytics Manager to lead the organization's data analytics, BI, data integration, and data quality functions. You will guide cross-functional teams to transform data into reliable insights that support daily operations and strategic decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and multiple years of analytics and management experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, data analytics, operational analytics, reporting, or a related analytical field.
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading professional analytical staff, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the organization's data analytics, operational analytics, business intelligence, data integration, and data quality functions.
Oversee the teams responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting organizational data.
Work closely with operational divisions to understand business needs, identify reporting requirements, and improve the quality and reliability of organizational data.
Ensure consistent reporting standards, promote effective use of business intelligence tools, and support the Assistant Director in advancing the Data Quality and Analytics Strategy.
