Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or data analysis.
• Proven experience with large datasets and data processing tools (SQL, Python, Kafka).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to drive meetings and actions.
• Applied experience with connected vehicle data.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Leverage market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Lead scope and complexity validation in cross-team projects.
