Job summary

Capital One is seeking an Associate Process Manager to drive QA data reporting and process improvement. The role combines SQL, Databricks, Argos and GitHub governance with dashboard development in Tableau/Snowflake to deliver timely insights.

You'll partner with QA leaders and operations, perform UAT for new data sources, and help ensure data integrity and compliance across the QA monitoring teams. This is a hybrid role based in McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in data operations, QA reporting, or process improvement.
• At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard ownership: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting suites used by QA Managers and executives to track quality metrics.
• Script execution & governance: Run, schedule, and monitor data production jobs and SQL scripts in Databricks notebooks and Argos; manage GitHub repositories.
• Process improvement: Evaluate QA data collection and workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities; partner with Operations to streamline handoffs.
• Lead UAT for new data sources, migrations, and schema changes to ensure data reliability before production.
