Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year of SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard ownership: Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and automated reporting suites (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake) to track key quality metrics and performance trends.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Fulfill data extraction and reporting requests across Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, and Internal Audit.
• Script Governance & Validation: Lead code reviews in GitHub and testing prior to production deployments.
