Job summary

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in database administration, data engineering, or data platform operations.
- 5+ years in a team lead or management role with people-management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day data platform operations, including 24x7 support.
- Oversee incident response and remediation of critical outages.
- Drive IaC provisioning and GitOps workflows across environments.
- Optimize cost, performance, and reliability of the data platform estate.
- Mentor engineers on data engineering best practices and automation.
