Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Data Engineering Manager located in Tennessee to lead data platform delivery, integration, and reporting initiatives. You will translate business priorities into actionable plans and coordinate across hybrid teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data engineering and at least 3 years of people leadership, with strong Azure data platform experience and familiarity with Databricks, Delta Lake, Snowflake, and SQL

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical delivery, data engineering, or data warehousing roles.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience coordinating hybrid delivery models (onshore/offshore).
• Knowledge of Azure data platforms and hybrid environments.
• Experience with data pipelines, databases, cloud platforms, and large-scale data processing.

• Lead planning, prioritization, and delivery of data engineering initiatives aligned with business and clinical objectives.
• Oversee data platform reliability, scalability, and operational readiness.
