Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to document issues and maintain runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Administer Snowflake, Matillion and related enterprise data platforms.
• Monitor jobs, schedules, failures, and production execution issues.
• Assist with access management, deployments, and incident resolution.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation to improve reliability.
• Support Power BI administration including workspaces and datasets.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
