Job summary

RugsUSA is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to design, build, and support our enterprise data warehouse and BI platform. You will develop scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards using Snowflake, Sigma, Fivetran, and dbt to deliver reliable data and actionable insights.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Manhattan 3–4 days per week. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, ensure data quality, and empower self-service analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 2+ years of software/analytics experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Sigma, Fivetran/dbt stack for enterprise analytics.
• Experience with data modeling, ELT processes and BI/reporting.
• Experience with CI/CD for data warehousing and governance.

Responsibilities

• Stand up data warehouse and BI tooling.
• Gather requirements and translate to reporting solutions.
• Develop data models and visualizations for enterprise analytics.
• Collaborate with data governance and analytics teams to ensure data quality.
• Build dashboards and data pipelines matching wireframes and standards.
• Maintain documentation and educate business on self-service reporting.
