Job summary

Newfields is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead data governance, quality, and reporting across the Technology department. You will own the Dexibit BI platform, design a unified data lake, and partner with leaders to deliver reusable dashboards and KPI insights.

The role emphasizes turning disparate data into trusted, actionable information, reducing manual reporting, and serving as a proactive analytics partner to all departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in data analysis, BI, or data management.
• Experience with BI platforms (Dexibit, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Nonprofit/cultural/attractions domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary steward of data quality and governance across systems.
• Own the Dexibit BI platform and ensure trusted, accurate data.
• Design and manage a centralized data lake architecture.
• Partner with leaders to translate reporting needs into dashboards and data structures.
• Build and maintain institutional KPI reporting (e.g., attendance, revenue).
• Evaluate and integrate guest data sources (ticketing/CRM).
• Document data definitions and stewardship practices for top metrics.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting through governed analytics.
• Act as analytics business partner following ITBP service model.
