Qualifications

• 8+ years of related work experience in data management or a team leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering or equivalent; a Master's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, handle complex data workflows, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Strong background in operational metrics, data governance, and process improvement.
• Expertise in managing static and dynamic data types, working with third-party vendors, and performing data control and audit tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement data management strategy and goals aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Oversee a team of Data Management specialists and managers and partner with other business areas.
• Establish and monitor data quality frameworks, standards, controls, and scorecards.
• Lead data product lifecycle governance across domains and ensure data integrity and timely delivery.
