Job summary

Vertex seeks a Senior Manager of Customer Master Data Management to lead global customer data initiatives, aligning governance, cataloguing, and data change processes across IT and business functions.

You will oversee CRM integrations (Veeva/Salesforce), data loads for HCO/HCP data, and vendor activities, while mentoring teams and ensuring regulatory compliance. Hybrid work is supported with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in pharma or healthcare data management.
• Experience with MDM solutions (Informatica, cloud/on-prem).
• Experience with SQL; CRM systems; databases (Oracle, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of data governance practices and HIPAA/GDPR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support the global customer mastering program and data governance.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on cataloguing and data change requests.
• Oversee integrations with CRM systems (Veeva/Salesforce) and other systems.
• Coordinate with DTE for technology projects and vendor activities.
• Train internal teams on master data processes.
