Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. seeks an Enterprise Data Management Associate Director to lead enterprise-wide data governance, master data management, data quality, metadata, and stewardship.

This role partners across business and technology to convert data into a trusted strategic asset, enabling growth, analytics, automation, and AI. Hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ with in-person Tuesdays–Thursdays and remote Mondays/Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in data management, governance, master data management, data quality, analytics enablement, or business process transformation.
• Leadership experience guiding teams and cross-functional programs, including influence without direct authority required.
• Experience operating in a complex enterprise environment and partnering with senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance is strongly preferred.
• Experience in identifying and delivering AI solutions, in platform or beyond.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data governance and strategy.
• Lead governance for master data domains and data lifecycle processes.
• Improve consistency across ERP, planning, reporting, and operations platforms.
• Partner with business and technology teams to resolve data issues and simplify processes.
• Guide data requirements for major programs and ensure standardization across the organization.
• Drive governance and stewardship across data domains and initiatives.
• Collaborate with analytics, reporting, automation, and AI teams to enable trusted data foundations.
