The Cigna Group is hiring a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor in the United States. You will build trusted analytics, design dashboards, and guide decision-making across DS&I with a focus on data quality and operational insights.

You will collaborate with business leaders to shape questions, validate results, and deliver executive-ready reporting that informs actions and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics, BI, or data reporting experience.
• Advanced Tableau experience required, including designing dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills required, with complex queries across multiple data sources.
• Experience using SAS, Altair, or Python for analytics, data prep, or automation.
• Experience designing operational KPIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Ability to investigate data issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design standardized analytics aligned with DS&I priorities and enterprise goals.
• Build measurement frameworks and data definitions to improve reporting trust.
• Develop and automate Tableau dashboards turning data into insights and actions.
• Partner with leaders to define questions and translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Evaluate trends, risks, and performance drivers through root-cause analysis.
• Use SQL to validate results and analyze data across sources.
• Apply SAS/Altair/Python to prepare data and automate workflows.
• Address data quality and reporting issues with IT and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting highlighting results and business impact.
• Create reusable templates and documentation to improve quality.
