Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor to turn complex data into insights and drive enterprise performance. You will design analytics, dashboards, and KPIs with a focus on accuracy and actionable outcomes.

You will collaborate with leaders to answer key questions, validate data across sources, and automate reporting. A strong SQL background and experience with Tableau are essential, with Python/SAS/Altair as complementary tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, reporting or related data field.
• Advanced Tableau design and dashboard development.
• Advanced SQL across multiple data sources.
• Experience with SAS, Altair, or Python for analytics.
• Experience designing operational KPIs and reports.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design standardized performance analytics aligning DS&I priorities with enterprise goals.
• Build measurement frameworks, data definitions, and reporting methods.
• Develop and automate Tableau dashboards turning data into insights and actions.
• Partner with business leaders to define questions, translate needs, and measure results.
• Evaluate trends, risks, opportunities through root-cause and variance analysis.
• Apply SQL to validate results across multiple data sources.
• Use SAS, Altair, or Python to prepare data and automate workflows.
• Resolve reporting and data quality issues with IT and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting highlighting results and business impact.
• Create reusable templates and documentation to improve quality and team capability.
• Manage priorities independently while meeting commitments.
