Job summary

The Cigna Group, via its Evernorth Digital Data & AI organization, seeks a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights and decisions.

You will lead analytics across enterprise reporting, partner with clinicians, data scientists, and business leaders, and guide analytics projects from requirements to deployment, driving better outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, healthcare data, reporting, or a related area.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working in large-scale data environments.
• Experience using Python or another commonly used programming language for analysis.
• Strong business analytics and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex questions into practical solutions.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to business, clinical, technical, and leadership audiences.
• Experience collaborating across functions and contributing throughout the analytics solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analyses on large healthcare datasets.
• Design analytical frameworks, models, and measurement approaches.
• Create and improve analytics content for Enterprise reporting and patient analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and leaders to translate questions.
• Translate findings into focused recommendations for decision makers.
• Guide the full analytics lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Advance knowledge of AI methods and healthcare data trends.
