The Cigna Group is seeking an Advisor to join the Integration & Automation team within Data Measurement & Reporting. This role delivers technical reporting solutions, UI tools, data analysis, and automation workflows to support provider data quality, regulatory compliance, and readiness across initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of creating programmatic solutions and extracting insights from large data sets.
• Strong experience with complex SQL and relational data design.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, SSIS, and SAS or comparable languages.
• Experience building custom user interfaces or internal tools for data capture, automation, or workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into production-ready technical solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business partners and IT teams in complex environments.
• Ability to deliver in ambiguous environments with multiple iterations.
• Demonstrated leadership and drive for strategic execution.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical liaison between business and IT, while hands-on development work.
• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions including custom interfaces and data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain processes to ingest, transform, reconcile, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Automate complex reconciliation to enable low-touch workflows for ops teams.
• Refactor legacy reporting and automation for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with messy data and map upstream processes to data quality improvements.
• Define data structures and upstream capture requirements with IT at design level.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in regulated environments.
