Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support timekeeping and DOT documentation compliance. This role requires careful input of hours and meticulous record maintenance on a DOT-compliant basis.

You will enter employee hours into the MyTime system, manage records, and ensure accuracy and completeness under time-sensitive conditions. Onsite schedule with a possible remote day after training in California.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college-level education preferred
• Level II: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Input employee hours into the MyTime timekeeping system
• Maintain records keeping and retention of DOT documentation
• Input information from a variety of sources into a database
• Meet established standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness
• Support various additional tasks as assigned
