• Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
• Perform routine audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain electronic and physical records and ensure information is organized and up to date.
• Enter information from various documents, forms, emails, and other sources into appropriate systems.
• Organize, track, and maintain documentation and records.
• Respond to basic questions regarding submitted information and follow established procedures to resolve issues.
• Assist with administrative projects and other data-related assignments as needed.
• Identify issues or discrepancies that require additional review and appropriately escalate them.
