Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a passionate Data Engineer to join our Digital Tech & Data team in Piscataway, NJ. You will build and maintain data pipelines that support our digital ecosystem, ingesting raw data from multiple touchpoints to deliver clean, reliable datasets for business teams.

You will implement production-grade pipelines in Airflow, develop modular dbt models, provision cloud data infrastructure with Terraform, and ensure data quality and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2-3 years in data/analytics engineering, preferably in digital or e-commerce.
• Experience building production-grade data pipelines with Apache Airflow.
• Snowflake data modelling, performance tuning, and cost management.
• dbt projects: modular, tested, documented transformations.
• Terraform for cloud data infra; Python for pipelines; strong SQL.
• Ability to drive AI coding tool changes within pipeline codebase.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines in Airflow.
• Develop modular, tested dbt models from source to exposure.
• Provision and manage Snowflake objects and Airflow environments via Terraform.
• Uphold data quality, observability, and testing standards.
• Tune Snowflake performance and monitor warehouse costs.
• Adhere to CI/CD, branching, and documentation standards.
