Two-plus years in data enablement or related roles, familiarity with databases, CMS tools, and Airtable are ideal. The role emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration across teams, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a data enablement role.
• Knowledge of databases, data warehouses, data integration, and CMS tools.
• Experience with data management, cleansing, standardization and QA processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in data and willingness to expand skills.
• Ability to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Patient and able to convey complex concepts to business users.
• Familiarity with Airtable and digital marketing channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintenance in databases, CMS tools and other repos.
• Cleansing and standardizing data for consistency and accuracy.
• Resolve data discrepancies and errors as they arise.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
• Support data access requests and troubleshoot data issues.
• Document data processes and create regular data quality reports.
