Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• 3+ years in project management or technology delivery in an agency or production setting.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
• Hands-on familiarity with marketing ops tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into scalable technology solutions for marketing operations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure high-quality creative service delivery.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate and onboard new software.
• Lead cross-functional planning sessions and manage development backlogs.
