Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Data Center Project Manager to lead complex data center projects nationwide. The role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate will have data center design-build/EPC experience, travel as required, and strong leadership to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes aligned with client standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects.
• PMP (PMI) certification required within 12 months.
• Travel may be required; domestic and/or international.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects with major clients in the U.S.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget; planning and staffing.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams; assure quality and safety.
• Manage project controls, risks, and client communications.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams and promote collaboration.
