Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects nationwide. This role manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all phases.

The ideal candidate has design build and EPC experience, with power delivery, water systems, and networking expertise. Travel, strong client-facing communication, and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects, including experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• PMP (PMI) certification is required within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency depends on duties and workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects serving major clients in the U.S.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee concept through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
