Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead complex, mission-critical data center projects across the U.S. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders through all phases of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in engineering design-build and/or EPC, with power delivery, water systems, networking, and civil site development, and a PMP certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects, including multi-disciplinary teams.
• PMP certification within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects and programs for major clients in the U.S.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across project phases.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary project teams and promote collaboration and accountability.
• Coordinate with practitioners, quality managers, and specialists to resolve complex issues.
