Qualifications

• Must complete CJIS background check process to qualify for employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operation of computer system consoles.
• Analyze and escalate reported issues and coordinate resolution.
• Perform data halls tasks (security access, power cycling, escort duties) as requested.
• Receive and ship parts/equipment and provide media destruction services as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with SLAs and attendance.
