Qualifications

• Three years of experience operating computers and auxiliary equipment.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Work seamlessly across organizational boundaries.
• Must complete and pass the CJIS background check process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operation of computer system consoles.
• Analyze and coordinate resolution of reported issues.
• Perform data halls tasks: securing access, hard drive swaps, power cycle systems.
• Escort UT personnel and vendors in data halls.
• Data Center site checks.
• Respond to and fulfill job tasks within established SLAs; maintain attendance and punctuality for shifts.
