• Candidate must complete CJIS training and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network asset information and sparing process.
• Provide semi-skilled field support to install, troubleshoot, and maintain campus network and voice systems.
• Coordinate with ET and unit reps to address needs and troubleshoot systems.
• Support standard network design, troubleshooting, and after-hours events; drive university vehicles as needed.
