Salute is looking for a Design and Construction Administrator to join their team in Tampa, FL. This hybrid position supports the Datacenter Design and Construction Team by managing document workflows and ensuring compliance with permitting processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, alongside proficiency in Procore, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam. The role also includes comprehensive benefits, including health and wellness support and a strong 401(K) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project administration, preferably in construction or datacenter projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage document workflows and track approvals using Procore.
• Prepare, submit, and track paperwork for building permits.
• Develop and maintain KPI reports to monitor project performance metrics.
