Job summary

Curate Partners LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead data center initiatives with hybrid work options in Woburn, MA or Cary, NC.

You will manage budgets, coordinate vendor sourcing, oversee commissioning, and ensure on-time project closeout, working closely with Construction, Supply Chain, and Operations. The role demands 7+ years in mission-critical environments and strong Excel/Smartsheet skills; PMP preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Experience on owner/operator side; vendor procurement and budget management.
• Strong Excel and project management tools; PMP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage holistic project budgets, forecasts, variances, reporting, and change control.
• Coordinate purchasing and vendor sourcing for hardware and software solutions.
• Lead commissioning and project closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Construction, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Maintain integrated project schedules, RAID logs, trackers, and status reports.
• Support readiness planning, turnover activities, and punch-list resolution.
