Job summary

LHH US is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to support documentation control, project workflows, and system administration across active construction projects, including data center environments. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and efficiency on fast-paced sites.

The position is based in Irving, TX with a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 remote) and is contract-to-hire through the end of 2026, with potential conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project administration experience in construction or data center environments.
• Hands-on experience with Procore (required) and ACC familiarity.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/document control systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control processes including RFIs, submittals, and transmittals with accuracy and timely distribution.
• Set up and maintain project systems and workflows in ACC and Procore.
• Track document deadlines, generate status reports, and follow up with stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company standards and data center documentation requirements.
