Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, streaming architectures.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform and willingness to expand across ecosystems.
• Experience leading architecture efforts from discovery through implementation.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Mentoring others and fostering learning and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve cloud-native data architectures including data lakes and warehouses.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, secure data solutions.
• Lead architecture and design efforts from discovery to implementation.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver data platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks and Snowflake.
• Design AI-ready data foundations supporting analytics, ML, and Generative AI.
• Apply AI-enabled practices to improve quality and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to share best practices.
• Support business development with solution design and pre-sales work.
