Job summary

Stonegate Technologies LLC in Hartford, CT seeks a seasoned Portfolio Director to lead enterprise data and analytics strategy, governance, and portfolio implementation across locations Amelia, Hartford, Princeton, Wayne, with a hybrid working model.

You will build data-driven roadmaps, mentor data engineers and analytics consultants, manage budgets and staffing, and champion data literacy and governance to enable insights and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of project leadership experience.
• Ability to lead data analytics initiatives and teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and portfolio management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to mature data-driven roadmaps.
• Lead a team of data engineers and analytics consultants.
• Forecast budgets and staffing based on volumes and growth.
• Develop policies and workflows to improve efficiencies.
• Present program results and adoption metrics.
