Job summary

HIGH BRIDGE CONSULTING LLC in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Data Architecture and Governance Lead for a hybrid role. You will design and implement data architecture strategies, develop enterprise data models, and establish governance policies to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor the team, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay ahead of emerging data technologies, using tools like ER/Studio, AWS, and Tableau to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years in data architecture, modelling, governance or related areas.
• Expertise in data modelling, integration and warehousing.
• Experience with governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with cloud platforms, data tooling, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models aligned with business needs.
• Ensure data quality through standards, validation, and metadata management.
• Design and implement data integration architectures with ETL teams.
• Develop a comprehensive data governance framework and policies.
• Establish data governance roles and responsibilities.
• Create data policies on access, security, privacy, retention and compliance.
• Define and maintain data architecture principles for consistency.
• Promote data literacy and run training programs.
• Monitor compliance and conduct audits; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress.
