Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Presales Leader at Director/Senior Director level to drive revenue growth and shape end-to-end data solutions for enterprise clients.

The role leads solution architecture, pricing strategy, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, while mentoring presales teams and collaborating with sales, delivery, and client leadership to ensure seamless deal-to-delivery transitions in a hybrid work setup (2-3 days onsite per week).

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of IT consulting experience.
• 10+ years in Data & Analytics presales, solutioning, or consulting.
• Proven experience in account mining, revenue generation, and deal closures.
• Strong expertise in data warehousing, BI, ETL, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
• Strong stakeholder management and CXO-level communication skills.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive account mining, cross-selling, upselling, and revenue growth.
• Lead solution architecture, deal shaping, effort estimation, pricing, and commercial strategy.
• Own RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, and executive-level client presentations.
• Design solutions across cloud data platforms, data engineering, BI, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and client leadership to ensure successful deal-to-delivery transitions.
• Mentor presales teams and develop reusable solution frameworks.
