Partner4Work is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to steer the Data and Analytics Department, shaping data strategy, program analysis, and labor market intelligence. This leadership role focuses on synthesizing diverse data into clear, actionable reports for employers, funders, and system partners.

The selected candidate will guide risk assessment, dashboard development, and performance tracking across programs, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, statistics, data science, or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience with labor market data tools and data products for non-technical audiences.
• 3+ years supervising analytic staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Proficiency with Bureau of Labor Statistics data and Lightcast or an equivalent labor market intelligence tool.
• Working proficiency with SQL and a BI platform (Power BI, Tableau) and Python or R preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations for program or operational decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data products and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data and Analytics team; set performance expectations.
• Advise the Executive Team and Board on program performance and labor market trends.
• Define the organization's performance measurement framework and KPIs.
• Develop a multi-year data roadmap with the COO and align tool investments and priorities.
• Oversee development of dashboards and data reports for internal and funder use.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for program design.
• Represent Partner4Work at events and collaborate across internal teams.
• Ensure data products meet timelines and quality standards.
