Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Power BI.
• Be detail oriented, articulate, and well-organized.
• Possess strong communication, troubleshooting and follow-up skills.
• Prefer knowledge of Oracle & Saleforce.com.
• Utilize project management and reporting skills to assist with departmental projects.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Data management, operations & AI responsibilities.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and develop rules/methodologies for data management.
• Extract, analyze, cleanse and update data from Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.com and CSA analytics.
• Use machine learning models to detect and fix duplicate records across Salesforce and Oracle.
• Create/run reports and data extracts as requested by the business.
• Employ generative AI tools to turn complex data extracts into plain-language summaries for management.
