Canon Solutions America is seeking an entry-level Data/AI Analyst to evaluate AI models, data pipelines, and analytics across Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce. You will support Sales Leadership and Branch Administration by applying ML, forecasting, and data hygiene tools.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong MS Office and Power BI skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid office near Boca Raton.
Researches, plans, and evaluates the effectiveness of artificial intelligence models, automated systems, and data-driven methodologies through the rigorous review of detailed operational metrics. As an entry-level professional working towards proficiency, this role utilizes professional education in data science or related technology fields to identify, analyze, and resolve technical bottlenecks while interpreting company policies on data governance and AI ethics. The position operates under general instruction from managers regarding expected project outcomes, exercises good judgment in day-to-day algorithmic evaluations, and typically reports to a Manager or a senior AI individual contributor when business needs dictate. Responsible for providing strategic and tactical support to the organization by leveraging AI-powered data hygiene and automated matching tools to analyze, maintain, and cleanse complex data across Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.com databases. Additionally, provides advanced analytical support to Canon Solutions America Sales Leadership and Branch Administration teams by integrating machine learning models, predictive analytics, and intelligent forecasting platforms into territory analysis to optimize prospect viability scoring, establish territory equity, and drive data-backed quota development. This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Boca Raton, Fl so that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.
-Data Management, Operations & AI Responsibilities Performs data analysis with regard to client requests and develop rules/methodologies for effective data management. Extracts, analyze, massage, cleanse and update data from Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.com and CSA web site analytics on a routine basis. Uses machine learning models to automatically detect, flag, and fix duplicate or corrupted records across Salesforce and Oracle. Analysis and validation of new Prospect records entered by sales into Salesforce.com. Implements AI algorithms to score and rank incoming prospect data from ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet based on conversion potential. Participates in ongoing decisions concerning data collections, methodology, best practices for ensuring accurate and clean data. Effectively creates/runs reports and performs data extracts as requested by the business in a timely manner. Employs generative AI tools to turn complex data extracts into plain-language summaries for company management. Analyzes data with standard statistical methods, interpret results and present results to company management as requested. Maintains data integration between Salesforce.com and Oracle applications. Evaluates and maintains integrations between traditional databases and emerging AI data platforms to reduce manual work. Liaison with 3rd party vendors like Dun & Bradstreet to analyze and maintain data worthiness. Maintains Sales Territories, Hierarchies and Resources in appropriate systems. Effectively analyze Sales Territories to help Market Leaders develop their sales coverage plan. Leverages AI forecasting models to help market leaders build smarter sales coverage plans and spot market trends. Accountable for maintaining a high level of customer service.
We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $54,460-81,550 annually
